Tune in today as Senator Lopez delivers her inaugural speech to kick off her campaign for change. The event will take place in the Art building room 216 in the University of California at Davis. Democratic candidates H.R. Clinton and J. Edwards will also deliver their introductory speeches. Be sure to stay tuned after the event, Sen.
